We really enjoyed our stay at the Sarova Stanley hotel. We had just finished a hike up Mount Kenya followed by a 7 day safari so it was the perfect place to relax at the end of the trip, especially since it has a great swimming pool, sauna, steam room and rooftop bar where you can have drinks. The staff were all extremely friendly and the breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Kenya. The hotel was happy to arrange airport transfer for us and assisted us with any questions we had. The Thai restaurant on the first floor was phenomenal. Our server at breakfast and one of our evening meals called Arnold was so friendly, polite and very attentive. He made us enjoy our stay even more. I would highly recommend staying at the Sarova Stanley for the experience and we would definitely stay again in the future.

The staff is exceptionally dedicated, offering personalised attention from reception check-in to attentive concierge services and hospitable restaurant staff. The cafe and pool deck restaurant serve great food with a vibrant atmosphere, providing both covered and open-air seating options. The heated pool, lounge, gym, and bar facilities are also excellent sell! Furthermore, Stanley's central location in Nairobi's CBD proves advantageous, particularly considering the city's notorious traffic conditions.

The staff were so kind and helpful - we especially had great conversations with Sarah who helped us check in and Alice who made sure we were having a great experience. The hotel decor was beautiful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the history behind the hotel made the experience even more interesting. We really enjoyed our food at the thorn tree restaurant and at the Thai chi restaurant with very polite and courteous servers. We enjoyed using the pool and our massages were great. If we ever come back to Nairobi, we’d love to stay here again.

Beautiful, historic hotel. From the elevators to the bar to the lobby, Hotel honored its history. The rooms were modern, bed was excellent. As for the staff, we could not ask for a more welcoming and helpful crew. From the front desk, to the restaurant and bar staff, we were made to feel special for our one night stay in this delightful hotel. If you are greeted by Caroline, their guest relations manager, that will be extra special. Having stayed elsewhere in Nairobi before, I hardly recommend you come here

Best swimming pool in town as well on the 5th floor open air!! Old school charm and hospitality. Love the Thorntree cafe. Supermarket and ATM just opposite the hotel. Great kiosk selling newspapers just outside. Easy to walk to all the major attractions. This is my third stay
